Hollies Sweets, Balloons & Travel, Inc. utilizes a secure process to forward Online Order Forms, instantly sending the information directly from your Internet browser to a secured server, ensuring all personal information is only received by Hollies Sweets, Balloons & Travel, Inc.

Hollies Sweets, Balloons & Travel, Inc. will not process orders received without payment nor will we ship orders COD; there are no exceptions. Orders submitted without payment information are placed on hold until full payment is received, at which time Order Processing will be as described above.

Upon receiving a complete paid order, Hollies Sweets, Balloons & Travel, Inc. 's Online Customer Service Representatives will check each item for product availability and prepare package for shipment. If an item is temporarily out of stock or has been discontinued by the manufacturer or Hollies Sweets, Balloons & Travel, Inc. no longer stocks an item, you will receive email notification, usually within 24 hours of order submission. Whenever possible, Hollies Sweets, Balloons & Travel, Inc. will provide comparable alternate product choices.

All Orders Submitted Via the Online Order Form, require payment with one of the following major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express). By utilizing the Shopping Cart, all product information will be entered on the Online Order Form. Complete the shipping and payment information then submit your order instantly by clicking the 'Submit' button. Upon receipt of a complete paid order, Order Processing will be as described above.

DO NOT submit orders using the Online Order Form if you wish to pay with a Personal/Business Check, Cashier/Bank Check or Money Order; see ordering instructions below.

All Orders Submitted Via Fax, require payment with one of the following major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express). Customers may utilize one of two methods to submit an order by fax:

1. By utilizing the Shopping Cart, all product information will be entered on the Online Order Form, then simply print the Online Order Form (DO NOT SUBMIT ORDER ONLINE) and fax to 1-248-543-4435. Upon receipt of a complete paid order, Order Processing will be as described above.

2. Before you begin browsing the product pages, print out the Printable Order Form, filling in the item information as indicated while you shop. When finished, complete shipping and/or payment information and fax to 1-248-543-4435. Upon receipt of a complete paid order, Order Processing will be as described above.

All Orders Submitted Via Mail (U.S. Postal Service or other shipping/delivery service), will require payment using one of the following methods: major Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express), Personal or Business Check, Cashier or Bank Check, or Money Order. Customers may utilize one of two methods to submit an order by mail:

1. By utilizing the Shopping Cart, all product information will be entered on the Online Order Form, then simply print the Online Order Form (DO NOT SUBMIT ORDER ONLINE) and mail to the Retail Store address below. Upon receipt of a complete paid order, Order Processing will be as described above.

2. Before you begin browsing the product pages, print out the Printable Order Form, filling in the item information as indicated while you shop. When finished, complete shipping and/or payment information and mail to the Retail Store address below. Upon receipt of a complete paid order, Order Processing will be as described above.

Shipping and Handling charges are for addresses within the continental United States and based on order total before tax, according to the chart below.
Contact Hollies Sweets, Balloons & Travel, Inc. for shipping & handling charges outside the continental U.S. Additional charges will be required for oversize and heavyweight items.
